Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your artwork is packaged securely for transport. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit or contains a printing error, we will replace it free of charge.

- Please inspect your package upon delivery.
- If there is damage, take clear photographs of both the external packaging and the damaged artwork.
- Email these photos along with your Antique Aura order number to info.antiquauradigital.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will fast-track a brand-new replacement print to you immediately.
