- Where do you deliver? We deliver to all physical addresses within South Africa. Whether you are in a major city center like Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban, or a regional platteland town, our local courier partners will bring your art straight to your door.
- How long will my order take to arrive? Because each stretched canvas is printed and hand-framed to order, please allow 3 to 5 working days for production. Once dispatched, courier delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your order leaves our workshop.
- Can I collect my order? We operate strictly as an online store to keep our overheads low and our prices competitive, meaning local collection is not available.
Product Quality & Care
- Does the canvas arrive ready to hang? Yes, absolutely. Every print is a professionally stretched canvas gallery-wrapped over a sturdy, hidden wooden support frame. It arrives at your doorstep completely assembled with pre-installed mounting brackets so you can hang it up immediately.
- Will the colors fade over time? Not at all. We use premium, archival-grade inks that are highly UV-resistant. This ensures that the warm, dusty tones of your Karoo landscape or the deep colors of your pop-surrealism prints stay vibrant for decades without fading.
- How do I clean my canvas art? To remove dust, simply wipe the canvas gently with a clean, dry microfiber cloth. Never use liquid cleaners, water, or chemical sprays, as moisture can damage the specialized canvas coating.
Returns & Exchanges
- What happens if my canvas is damaged during shipping? While we wrap our frames securely in heavy-duty protective packaging, accidents can occasionally happen during transit. If your print arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a brand-new replacement for you immediately at no extra cost.
- Can I return my print if I change my mind? Because each piece of art is custom printed and manufactured to your exact size specifications when you place an order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please make sure to measure your wall space carefully before ordering!
